I booked a room with a large bed, a fridge, coffee/tea makers and a dining area. The personnel was efficient and excellent, doing their best to assist. I had a lovely stay and would stay there again!

I walked into my room to find remnants of coins and bread ties everywhere. Not to mention, the bathroom was a disaster, and I had to bleach it myself. Woudl ve been nice to have some perks, like a room upgrade, but here I am, treated like just another guest. I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired-I found residue and minimal toilet paper, which detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay. The noise from the nearby trains could disrupt sleep, especially for those unaccustomed to it.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had issues with the fridge not working and it took too long to cool off the room. The coffee in-room was terrible, a bummer.
